These terms apply to purchases of Dew Bright Elementary digital resources made through dbsolution.pro. By completing a purchase, accessing, or downloading a product, you agree to this Single-Teacher License Agreement and Terms of Purchase.

Dew Bright Solution is operated by Oleh Borysiuk. In these terms, “Dew Bright,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dew Bright Solution and its owner.

Your License at a Glance

Your purchase gives one individual teacher a personal, non-transferable license to use the resource with students they teach directly.

You may use the activities across your own classes and reuse them in future school years. You may not share the files with colleagues, upload them to shared systems, resell them, or use them to create competing resources.

The product is licensed to you. Its intellectual property is not sold or transferred.

1. The Single-Teacher License

Each purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to one named teacher.

The license belongs to the individual purchaser. It does not belong to the purchaser’s school, department, company, tutoring center, or other organization.

The license may not be transferred to another teacher if the purchaser changes roles, leaves an institution, or no longer uses the resource. Each additional teacher who wishes to use the materials must purchase a separate license or obtain access through an appropriate school license.

Unless the product page states otherwise, the license continues for as long as the purchaser complies with these terms.

2. What You May Do

Under the Single-Teacher License, you may:

• download and store the purchased files on devices and private storage accounts controlled by you;

• use the activities with students you personally teach;

• display activity content during your own classroom lessons;

• print reasonable copies for your own preparation and classroom use;

• print student-facing pages for students in your own classes, when such pages are included;

• adapt prompts, timing, grouping, and levels of challenge to suit your students;

• reuse the activities with your own classes in future school years.

A temporary substitute teacher may deliver an activity to the licensed teacher’s class, provided that the files are not copied, retained, or used independently by the substitute.

3. What You May Not Do

You may not:

• share, email, copy, or distribute the files to another teacher or third party;

• place the materials on a shared school drive, staff portal, departmental folder, public website, or shared cloud-storage link;

• upload the files to a learning management system accessible beyond your own current students;

• sell, sublicense, rent, lend, gift, or transfer the resource;

• reproduce or distribute the resource in whole or in substantial part;

• publish screenshots, scans, photographs, or copied sections that reveal substantial product content;

• remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, branding, watermarks, or identifying information;

• translate, repackage, or republish the materials for distribution;

• use the materials to create books, courses, subscriptions, training products, activity collections, or competing commercial resources;

• upload complete activities, substantial extracts, or Teacher Guide content to generative AI systems, training datasets, content-generation platforms, or similar services;

• use the materials for school-wide, department-wide, or organization-wide implementation without the appropriate license;

• claim authorship or ownership of any Dew Bright content, framework, wording, design, or resource.

Sharing files internally within a school still constitutes distribution and is not permitted under a Single-Teacher License.

4. School and Multi-Teacher Use

A Single-Teacher License does not permit multiple teachers to use one purchased copy.

Schools, tutoring centers, education companies, and other organizations that want to provide access to multiple educators must purchase separate licenses for each teacher or contact Dew Bright about institutional access.

Institutional licenses may have different prices, permissions, and terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All Dew Bright resources — including activities, Teacher Guides, written instructions, examples, graphics, layouts, frameworks, naming systems, and original supporting content — remain the intellectual property of Dew Bright Solution and/or Oleh Borysiuk.

Dew Bright, Dew Bright Elementary, Think Beyond Answers, and associated names, logos, and visual elements are protected brand assets. No ownership rights are transferred through a purchase.

All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved.

6. Orders and Payment

Prices are displayed on the relevant product or checkout page. You agree to pay the price, taxes, and other charges shown before completing your order.

Payment must be authorized by the account or payment-method holder. We may cancel, refuse, or suspend an order when payment is incomplete, reversed, unauthorized, fraudulent, or subject to a payment dispute.

Currency conversion charges, international banking fees, and payment-provider charges imposed by third parties are the purchaser’s responsibility.

7. Digital Delivery

Dew Bright products are supplied digitally. No physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated on the product page.

Access or download instructions are normally provided after successful payment. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and downloading and securely storing your files.

If you experience a genuine delivery or access problem, contact us with your name, purchase email, and order details so that we can assist you.

We may change the delivery platform or download method when reasonably necessary. Unless expressly promised on the product page, a purchase does not guarantee permanent hosting, indefinite access to a particular platform, or future product updates. Your right to use a lawfully downloaded copy remains subject to this license.

8. Seven-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Dew Bright offers a voluntary seven-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible teacher purchases.

If the resource is not suitable for you, contact us within seven calendar days of the purchase date and include your name, purchase email, and order information. If approved, the original product price will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once a refund is issued:

• your license ends immediately;

• you must stop using the resource;

• you must delete all downloaded, stored, and printed copies; and

• you may not retain, reproduce, or use any part of the refunded product.

The guarantee does not cover duplicate refund requests, fraudulent purchases, payment abuse, or purchases already refunded for the same or a substantially identical product.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Immediate Access and Cancellation Rights

Because the products are digital, access may begin immediately after payment.

When applicable law provides a cancellation or withdrawal period for digital content, you may be asked at checkout to request immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right may end once digital access or downloading begins.

This does not remove the voluntary seven-day Dew Bright Satisfaction Guarantee described above or any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

10. Product Quality and Educational Use

We aim to describe our products accurately and provide complete, usable files. If a file is missing, corrupted, or materially different from its description, contact us and we will provide a correction, replacement, or other appropriate remedy.

Dew Bright resources are professional educational materials, but classroom circumstances vary. Teachers remain responsible for selecting suitable activities, adapting prompts appropriately, supervising students, and applying their own professional judgment.

We do not guarantee any specific academic, behavioral, commercial, or institutional outcomes.

11. Updates and Product Changes

We may correct errors, improve formatting, update examples, or make reasonable changes to a product.

A purchase includes only the product and benefits described at the time of purchase. Future editions, expansions, additional resources, and major updates are not included unless expressly stated.

12. Misuse and Termination

The license terminates automatically if you materially breach these terms.

Following termination, you must immediately stop using the materials and delete all digital and printed copies. We may also suspend access, cancel associated accounts, and refuse future purchases when there is evidence of piracy, unauthorized distribution, fraud, or repeated infringement.

Termination does not prevent Dew Bright from protecting its intellectual property or pursuing remedies available under applicable law.

Download records, order information, and other lawful evidence may be used to investigate suspected unauthorized distribution in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dew Bright is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, a product.

When liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other non-excludable rights.

14. Privacy

Personal information connected with purchases, delivery, and customer support is handled in accordance with the Dew Bright Privacy Policy available on dbsolution.pro.

Third-party payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. Dew Bright does not control those external services.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the purchaser’s country of residence.

If a disagreement arises, please contact us first and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve it informally.

When a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam, except when applicable consumer law gives the purchaser a mandatory right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.

16. General Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under this agreement. Dew Bright may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a legitimate business transfer, restructuring, or sale, provided that your statutory rights are not reduced.

The terms accepted at the time of purchase apply to that purchase. Material changes will not be applied retroactively unless required by law or expressly agreed to.

These terms, together with the relevant product description, checkout information, and Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and Dew Bright concerning your purchase.
