Dew Bright Solution is operated by Oleh Borysiuk. In these terms, “Dew Bright,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Dew Bright Solution and its owner.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.

1. Purpose of the Website

Dew Bright provides information, sample activities, educational resources, and purchasing options for teachers, schools, and other education professionals.

The website is intended primarily for adults. It is not designed for students or children to create accounts, submit personal information, or make purchases.

2. Ownership of Website Content

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all content displayed on dbsolution.pro is owned by or licensed to Dew Bright Solution and/or Oleh Borysiuk.

Protected content includes:

• classroom activities and examples;

• Teacher Guide content;

• frameworks and naming systems;

• graphics, photographs, illustrations, icons, and videos;

• downloadable files;

• page layouts and original visual designs;

• logos, product names, slogans, and brand elements; and

• the selection, arrangement, and presentation of website content.

The website and its original content are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.

Making content publicly viewable does not place it in the public domain or transfer any ownership rights.

3. Limited Permission to Use the Website

You may:

Any use of a purchased resource is governed by the Single-Teacher License Agreement and Terms of Purchase. School or multi-teacher use is governed by the relevant institutional agreement.

4. Free Activities and Sample Content

Free activities and samples are provided so that teachers can explore and evaluate the Dew Bright approach.

Unless different terms are displayed with a particular resource, one individual teacher may use a free activity with students they personally teach.

Free access does not permit you to:

• distribute the activity to other teachers;

• upload it to a shared school drive or staff portal;

• republish it on another website or platform;

• include it in a resource collection, course, book, or training program;

• remove Dew Bright branding or copyright information; or

• use it for school-wide or organization-wide implementation.

Each teacher who wishes to use Dew Bright content must obtain their own authorized access or be covered by an appropriate institutional license.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute substantial website content;

• download content when no download option is provided;

• capture and distribute screenshots that reveal complete activities or substantial protected content;

• sell, license, rent, translate, adapt, or commercially exploit website content;

• create competing resources based on Dew Bright activities, wording, structure, or Teacher Guides;

• remove copyright notices, trademarks, watermarks, credits, or identifying information;

• falsely represent an association, partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with Dew Bright;

• use automated tools to scrape, extract, harvest, copy, or monitor website content;

• use website content to build datasets, prompt libraries, repositories, or content collections;

• upload complete activities, substantial extracts, or protected materials to generative AI systems;

• use Dew Bright content for AI model training, machine learning, automated content generation, or data mining;

• attempt to bypass access controls, payment systems, download restrictions, or security measures;

• introduce malicious code or interfere with the website’s operation;

• use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes; or

• help another person perform any prohibited activity.

Ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines in accordance with the website’s technical instructions is permitted.

6. Purchased Resources

Purchasing a Dew Bright resource does not transfer ownership of the resource or its intellectual property.

Teacher purchases are governed by the separate Single-Teacher License Agreement and Terms of Purchase presented before or during checkout.

If these Website Terms conflict with the Single-Teacher License Agreement and Terms of Purchase concerning a purchased product, the purchase agreement will control.

7. School and Institutional Use

Public access to the website does not grant a school, department, tutoring center, education company, or other organization permission to implement Dew Bright across multiple classrooms.

Schools and organizations must obtain the appropriate institutional access or written permission from Dew Bright.

Institutional terms, permissions, pricing, and implementation arrangements may differ from those offered to individual teachers.

8. Trademarks and Brand Use

Dew Bright, Dew Bright Elementary, Think Beyond Answers, associated logos, product names, activity names, and distinctive visual elements are brand assets belonging to Dew Bright Solution and/or Oleh Borysiuk.

You may not use these assets in a business name, domain name, social media account, product, advertisement, publication, training program, or commercial service without prior written permission.

You may refer to Dew Bright accurately when discussing or reviewing the resources, provided that you do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or official affiliation.

9. Feedback, Reviews, and Communications

If you send feedback, questions, suggestions, or classroom observations, you retain ownership of your original communication.

We may use the information to respond, provide support, improve our resources, and maintain appropriate business records.

We will not publicly identify you, your school, or your students in promotional testimonials without permission. Please do not submit confidential student information, identifiable student work, photographs, recordings, or sensitive personal data.

10. Educational Information

Dew Bright materials are professional educational resources. Teachers and schools remain responsible for:

• selecting age-appropriate activities;

• adapting prompts for individual learners;

• supervising classroom use;

• meeting local policies and curriculum requirements; and

• applying their own professional judgment.

Website information is provided for general educational and product-information purposes. It does not constitute legal, medical, psychological, or other regulated professional advice.

We do not guarantee specific academic, behavioral, commercial, or institutional outcomes.

11. Website Availability and Accuracy

We work to keep the website accurate, secure, and available. However, we do not guarantee that:

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Additional terms concerning liability for purchased resources are included in the Single-Teacher License Agreement and Terms of Purchase.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally.

Unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam, except when applicable law provides a mandatory right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Website Terms to reflect changes in the website, our resources, our business practices, or applicable law.

The current version will be published on dbsolution.pro with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website after an update means that the revised terms apply to future use.

Changes to these Website Terms do not retroactively change the terms accepted for an earlier purchase.

18. General Provisions

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Website Terms do not create an employment, agency, partnership, franchise, or joint-venture relationship between you and Dew Bright.
